Since it’s birth in 2019, NOLA Food Truck has been a staple of the New Orleans community through good times and bad times. The Food Truck brought many smiles and happy faces to New Orleans throughout the pandemic in 2020, while Crawfish Boils had to take a back seat. Shaggy and his crew were still able to boil for the masses and satisfy one of New Orleanians’ most sacred cravings when options were very limited.
Now in 2021, the NOLA Food Truck embarks on its next adventure as a mobile extension of the Brick & Mortar restaurant. Whether its festivals, shows, weddings, or just parked outside – the Food Truck will most definitely be serving up the best in Barbecue and Local seafood wherever it is!
